Vannary brings a breadth of experience spanning 12+ years in customer service, community engagement, and creative production. She is currently studying Arts and Media Management at the University of Toronto and serves as a Board Director for the Cambodian Association of the Ottawa Valley, where she’s played an active role in shaping and supporting their community events.

Community-based arts education and programming is where Vannary’s heart is. She puts that passion into creating thoughtful, inclusive events and spaces where people can connect, create, and collaborate. Vannary believes meaningful change can happen when people come together with purpose and imagination, and that’s exactly the kind of energy she brings to her work. Caring for people and the planet comes naturally to her, and she channels that into exploring creative ways to make the arts, culture, and events sectors a little more sustainable and responsible.
