Rooted in a lifelong love for the outdoors, Sandra is passionate about connecting people and communities to the natural world in meaningful ways. Whether camping beneath open skies or exploring forest trails, nature has always been where she feels most grounded and inspired, which is the foundation of her professional aspirations.

Holding a Master’s degree in Communication, along with an undergraduate background in Sociology and Criminal Psychology, she brings a strong understanding of human behaviour, social systems, and the power of storytelling. Her academic foundation allows her to approach digital engagement strategically, with insight into how messaging shapes perception, builds trust, and inspires action.

As a Social Media Specialist, she is driven by the belief that thoughtful communication can advance environmental awareness and advocacy. Her goal is to support environmental organizations in amplifying their missions through authentic, impactful storytelling that fosters community, encourages sustainable practices, and contributes to the long-term betterment of our natural world.

Sandra enjoys camping (or anything outdoors, really), creating content on social media, along with other creative activities such as singing, songwriting and playing instruments!
