ABOUT

Growing up in Mississauga, Ontario, Leah Shikongo developed a passion for community involvement and youth empowerment through volunteerism.

Leah earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto Mississauga. As an Event Coordinator for Creative for a Change, she helped plan and organize events that encouraged students to showcase their creativity, promote entrepreneurship, and raise awareness of important social issues through community engagement.

As Board Secretary, Leah is excited to contribute her organizational and administrative skills to support Terra Elysium’s mission. She looks forward to collaborating with fellow board members to help create opportunities that empower youth and strengthen communities.
